Expand AWB general fixes "Sort meta data (MetaDataSorter)" to move {{Expand Japanese}} and similar templates above infoboxes. (e.g. [[Hiroshi Yoshimura]])

@GoingBatty So that's all templates listed at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Expand_by_language_Wikipedia_templates and per WP:ORDER these are all maintenance templates that can go inside {{multiple issues}} too?

@Rjwilmsi - Yes, because [[Category:Expand_by_language_Wikipedia_templates]] is a sub-subcategory of [[Category:Wikipedia maintenance templates]]
