Description

Gerrit-replica has had a couple of OOM events; however, a threaddump doesn't show anything suspicious. All traffic to gerrit replica should be upload-packs. We should tune for that.

This got filed in the context of T225166 which was that Gerrit ran out of heap. I eventually tracked it down via T263008 , got it fixed by upstream and wrote a blog post about it J232
