Have asked @Lokal_Profil if I can proceed and get in touch with the two presumptive companies/freelancers.

Have sent requests to two freelancing HR-specialists, asking for a first conversation.

Will speak with one of the contacted consultants today. The other declined because they felt they did not have the right skills.

Have sent a request for proposal to the HR-consultants we spoke with.
