- Check everyone that have signed up on Friday, that they are members and have payed their fee.
- Contact anyone who is/has not asap.
During the morning of the meeting:
- Add anyone who emails to get passport link to the sign-up list
- Compare the list between those who have signed up for the meeting and the ones that enter the meeting
