Unable to add or edit title descriptions

Actions

Description

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open enwiki > Tocks Island Dam controversy
  2. Tap "Add title description"
  3. Enter a title description
  4. Tap "Publish description"

Actual Results:
Nothing happens

Expected Results:
Title description edit is published, view disappears, article reloads with the new description

Notes:
There are some server-side issues as well
If there's no associated Wikidata item, the title description will still appear as editable: T250268
The title description doesn't update on refresh: T250209

@ABorbaWMF I'm not certain the server-side fix of this is in production yet, but if not you should be able to see this fix in the latest Wikipedia Staging (Black Beta) build.
