Steps to Reproduce:
- On a Special:Watchlist have all items as "seen" (or have a mix of "seen" and "unseen").
- Reload the page - the solid bullet points will be displayed while the page is loaded.

Expected Results:
This issue is minor - and what would be the expected result may vary - showing the bullet point only when there is certainty what state should be displayed (filled in (solid) or empty)? Or showing them as empty ones and then filled them in according to their status "seen/unseen"?
