Description

Steps to Reproduce:
Visit https://commons.wikimedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/Special:SuggestedTags#user (you'll have to upload at least 1 image and add categories to it)

Actual Results:

Screen Shot 2020-06-03 at 11.12.44 AM.png (1×1 px, 2 MB)

Expected Results:

"Detailed tags" toggle should appear to the right of the filename and categories list.

Checked in betalabs - for Chrome/FF/IE11 - with different screen resolutions - "Detailed tags" toggle button is placed correctly.
