Added members and watchers in case they have thoughts

@Peachey88: I very much appreciate explicitly adding folks to a task. There is no log of who was a watcher at some point, and one can filter mail for explicit mentions.

I am wondering what's the workflow to also get this removed from https://admin.toolforge.org/tools - probably a separate ticket under Toolforge (Tools to be deleted) ?

It would be. I think that's fairly backlogged though as there's no proper process for tool deletion.
