Make it possible to create a table with % of translations for selected languages in an aggregate group

Description

I'd like to create a table that would be similar to the one used in the ASBS Translations hub.

The difference is that I'm interested in:

  1. statistics for a group of pages (I can use the aggregate group functionality),
  2. statistics for selected languages (it may be: priority languages), and not for "all" or "all except for 0% translated" or "all except for 100% translated".

I'd like to use this in a translations hub of the Desktop Improvements documentation. The functionalities are to be only deployed on selected early adopter wikis. That is why it would be useful to highlight just the relevant languages.
