Got response
misspelling.py does not support site wikipedia:ne. Help Pywikibot team to provide support for your wiki by submitting a bug to: https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/maniphest/task/edit/form/1/?tags=pywikibot-core with category containing misspelling pages or a template for these misspellings.

Unfortunately there is no entry in wikidata for ne-wiki which can be used:

@Xqt can I have a samples from other wikis so that I can prepare it and share with you.
The simpliest way is a category where misspelling pages are collected. Add the category to wikidata items Q8644265 or Q9195708. In that case the misspelling script is able to work on them after my patch (coming soon) is submitted
