Issues with lack of initial information on MT selection page

Description

issues on MT selection page:

  • Initial sentence selection is missing. when we start a translation there is no sentence selected so the ... button does nothing when we tap it
  • On wide screens (e.g., desktop), no sentence shows up to translate. The source section disappears as the proposed translation moves up and covers it.
