@Kizule As you already know, patches in mediawiki-config are reviewed and
deployed in so-called Backport windows, and each developer is supposed to
add an entry to https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Deployments whenever
they can be around and test it.
I can probably do it next week for you.
@Hamish For future config patches, do not hesitate to schedule on the
deployments page, otherwise, nothing can happen until someone notices :-).
