Parent task for this project.
The goal of this project is to have a set of alarms in place that notify us whenever there's an anomalous condition in Wikipedia traffic, originated i.e. by a censorship event on a given country. The alarms should be based on anomaly detection algorithms on top of entropy-based metrics.
