When they have agreed, the presentation is complete and the GLAM's category is added to the tool, send them a link to the presentation and form.
These will be tested with the new interface version:

The video and survey are set up and there is a template with info to attach when notifying people. As soon as their categories are added the GLAMs can be notified.
