On certain mobile devices the CC logos are centered in a square layout, however, for horizontal orientations as well as on iPads the logos look pretty small. It might make sense to reorient the CC logos similar to the dsk sm version in T270888?

@jbolorinos-ctr - Do these appear differently than in the control mobile small banner? I agree that they could probably be laid out better, but we would want to keep the layout the same as control for the purpose of this test. Let me know if they are different than control and, if so, I will dig into it.

Hey @EWilfong_WMF, yes this is the same as control, so I agree for the purpose of this test it doesnt make sense to update it. I've jotted this note down as an enhancement though so we can revisit this in the future - T270913
