For the sake of expedience, I'm choosing the former (letting the input remain after amount selection) - https://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=MediaWiki%3ACentralnotice-template-B1920_0701_enWW_mob_p1_lg_template&type=revision&diff=19611635&oldid=19610350

Thanks @jbolorinos-ctr, I can reproduce this in CrossBrowserTesting for IE11. I'm tagging @EWilfong_WMF in, too - Eric, can someone from Trilogy check this out? @Pcoombe, just let us know if you claim it instead.

Thanks @Cstone, I can confirm that the modal is now scrollable and works better on my iphone5, thank you! I am seeing an issue with the Donate Monthly button copy wrapping to a new line and being partially hidden if I select Yes, I'll donate monthly, but for another amount. Screenshot:

Hey @elukey, @Nuria, and analytics team: we in online fundraising really appreciate your willingness to move this release back. We understand its importance and appreciate your sensitivity to our short term needs. Thanks a lot for your teamwork and adaptability.

Thanks for the ping @Charlotte; I've posted an updated URL in both the android and iOS specific tasks, but will add both links here for the sake of completion:
Hey @cooltey, just posting the updated URL here too to keep it in the Android-specific thread:
Hey @cooltey, thanks for asking! Sorry it took a minute to respond.

Hey @AndyRussG, here's the parent task for our in-app fundraising work this year. My question: can we reuse CentralNotice beacons to count impressions of our in-app banners?

Awesome @jgleeson, I was hoping it was as simple as a change in operator. Deployment on Monday sounds perfect 👌
Awesome @Ejegg, I'm seeing a slightly different result from what is expected in my QA testing of this new logic with minimum/maximum amounts.

Posting updated copy in this thread for the use of anyone working on the iOS or android implementations.

Makes sense @Pcoombe, these are the days of hydra tasks, where every completion spawns two new possibilities. Thanks for the fast response!
Nov 8 2019
Hang on a minute, @Ejegg - I am thinking about this and realizing it might be much easier to just set this check in the banners, and only send CC donors to the upsell variant if their one-time gift meets the min/max requirements.

Yes. @CCogdill_WMF and I drafted copy today. We'll review, revise, share with a relevant group and finalize asap.
Hey @JMinor, flagging that I've updated the original task to include an ask for impression data for iOS; we can already get it for Android. Just tell me if I should have logged this somewhere else, instead! TY.

TY for catching this, @Dwisehaupt! If you remind me what I need to do, I'll do it asap.

Access granted, @Pcoombe! TY for linking to that task re: email sometimes not being sent; I erroneously believed that pinging you when this task was created would be sufficient. Thank you for managing the patch prep.

I've tested the monthly convert flow multiple times and always get this second TY email. Usually within about 10 minutes of the first TY. Thanks @Cstone!

🔥 @XenoRyet, already noticed and thank you very much - makes for a better test tomorrow!

Hey @DStrine, wanted to make sure you also saw the doc @kaythaney included in her last comment. We will take care of the donate wiki updates; does fr-tech still have capacity to implement the payments wiki side of things?
While certainly not a Q2/short-term priority, I am commenting simply to add a vote for how useful it'd be for this search to be case-insensitive.

Thanks for sharing this feedback from Rakhi, @MBeat33! I just want to endorse the idea ... we have generally seen that offering several methods in step 1 of the banner, particularly methods we know local donors will want, increases donation rate.

Hey @jgleeson, we're interested in doing a new round of testing on this employer field variant. The types of things we'd like to test include:

How much more work will it take to set up for an a/b test vs. directly implementing, @DStrine?
Pinging this @DStrine, could you give us a time estimate re: implementing this, vs. setting up as a variant we can test?

Thanks for outlining the needs @Pcoombe, that gives me opportunity to clarify that when I said 'lightweight implementation' I meant lightweight as far as user experience, not work entailed.
Lightweight implementation: if a donor is making multiple gifts (we could define that as a one-time + recurring; or even a new recurring signup?), pluralize keywords on the TY page. I.e.

+1 to what Peter said. Is that a big task, @DStrine?

@alexhollender, great question re: how long and with whom - we'll talk about that. We'll be sure to communicate the plan back to your side to make sure we're all on board, and ready to look at click data for the other menu items (to ensure we're not rocking the boat).
