@kostajh asked me today why a horizontal line appears in Czech Wikipedia:
When I looked into that, I noticed that this bug is new-vector specific. It does not happen in the old vector. I also noticed that this bug disappears after scrolling/mouse moving when safemode is disabled (ie. the default), but is apparently permanent with safemode=1.

Is this appearing on any other pages? I clicked the FA (Povstání_An_Lu-šana) and didn't see the same issue.
I'm not sure. I noticed it on the mainpage.
I'm not a regular new vector user, @kostajh might've noticed it elsewhere.
The line comes from .mw-footer 's border-top: 1px solid #a2a9b1;. The <footer> element takes a lot of height; that's not the first time I see this. As a quick fix, I'm curious if adding <div style="clear:both"></div> right before <div class="mainpage-footer"> on :cs:w:Hlavní_strana could help here. (Improvements in simpler language to the docs for smaller wikis how to customize their frontpage are welcome.)
The issue here is that the Czech mainpage floats content but does not clear it. New Vector intentionally does not clear floated content.
