Background
In T249297: Deploy the new Vue.js search experience we deployed the new search experience and began the A/B test for all pilot wikis. This task is to turn off the test after 2 weeks of collecting data. Once we are deployed fully across all wikis, we will use the A/B test results as an indicator on whether iteration on the new search widget is necessary.
NOTE: Turn off A/B test on Monday, March 29.

- Ensure all logged-in users opted into desktop improvements receive the test (new search) experience
