Description

Background

Back when the Growth team used morelike for topic filtering, all wikis had MediaWiki:NewcomerTopics.json files with list of articles feeding the morelike algorithm.

According to the specifications in T274031, the new special page Special:EditGrowthConfig should be able to edit all aspects of on-wiki configuration. Considering MediaWiki:NewcomerTopics.json is not used anymore, we should probably delete this file from the wikis, to clean up.

Scope of this task

Delete files like https://cs.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:NewcomerTopics.json from all wikis, or decide we should still support them.

Those were existing NewcomerTopics.json pages at all wikis (list created by querying wmf_raw.mediawiki_page in hadoop).
