As a Wikidata editor when I want to add a value for a property that has the data type item (e.g. property constraint P2302), I want the entity suggester analog to show me all the options for items defined in that property constraint.
Problem:
As described at Help:Property constraints portal/Entity suggestions from constraint definitions, this does not work in some cases. The analog is not all the time showing suggestions for all the items that have been defined in that constraint.
Example:
Clicking edit on Q306527#P6720 only suggests the formatter URL, end, and start time, not others from allowed qualifier constraint on Property:P6720#P2302.
