Description

Problem:
The Property suggester is suggesting a few Properties for almost every Item because they are used extensively on a wide variety of Items. They highly correlate with almost all other Properties so get suggested a lot. However, they are largely entered by bots and do not make useful suggestions for editors editing via the UI.
We should therefore add the following Properties to the list of Properties that are removed from the Property Suggester:

@ItamarWMDE : I tested with wikidata and the test platform. These are still available in property suggestions. I think it is not deployed yet?

The configurations were deployed yesterday by @Ladsgroup and probably should've already taken effect, unless I missed something here?

How did you test it? Make sure you don't search for anything. Property suggester only works when you haven't searched yet. Once you type something, the wikidata's search takes over. If you search for other values, you still find them, e.g. freebase.
