Description

Debugging workflows were documented for ye olde mwdd.
The same should exist for the mwcli implementation.
This might be slightly different, as a different image is being used for mediawiki now (the WMF provided one).

@CCicalese_WMF named this as one of the more important currently missing things.

It would be interesting to see if the CLI could also have some sort of debug connection validation built in =o

We could wire up some connection with https://xdebug.org/docs/dbgpClient but it's probably a lot easier to provide some instructions on how to use that tool to the user.
