Special:NewcomerTasksInfo is missing table head cells

For example, https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:NewcomerTasksInfo?uselang=en

All the cells look identical, the header row does not have the usual table head cell styling for wikitables. Looks like it is probably unintentionally using <td> instead of <th>.
