Some users would prefer to only use collections which they can access instantly through the proxy. To facilitate this we're adding two filters - instant and multi-step - to the My Library filters list.

Acceptance criteria

• Two filters have been added to the filtering interface, with checkboxes for 'Instant (proxy) access' and 'Multi-step access'
• The checkboxes should both be selected by default
• The Instant Access filter controls whether Proxy and Library Bundle collections are visible
• The Multi-step Access filter controls whether all other types of collections are visible
• The information icon for the Instant Access filter has hovertext which says "Instant access collections are accessed directly via the proxy server"
• The information icon for the Multi-step Access filter has hovertext which says "Multi-step access collections are accessed with additional information such as a login or access code"
