Description

When an IA Upload job fails due to a Commons server error (503/4, very common, perhaps related to T278104), the DjVu is still available for download from https://ia-upload.wmcloud.org.

Enabling this as a copy upload source would allow users to be able to complete their job without having to download the DjVu locally and reupload.
