@Aklapper The Herald rule seems outdated as it requires a task to have the acl*security project tag.

Hmm, indeed. I wonder what it is supposed to do.
Maybe it's meant to be Security instead of acl*security (because T244165: Convert #Security to acl*Security and T245201: Update protect as security issue to use acl*security)?
Or should be "Security | is any of | Software security bug" (which also exists, sigh)?
