Description

To reproduce:

Visit donatewiki with a preSelect amount that we have a preset button for, but extra decimal places e.g. 10.00 USD (https://donate.wikimedia.org/?country=US&uselang=en&preSelect=10.00)

Expected result:

$10 button is selected

Actual result:

"Other" button is selected and field is filled with 10.00

Resolved with this change to use parseFloat.

e.g. https://donate.wikimedia.org/?country=US&uselang=en&preSelect=10.00 will now select the $10 button
