"The exercise should also include stakeholders who might be impacted by the features or product being proposed - this could include stakeholders within the organization, stakeholders in different departments within the org as well as stakeholders from the community. It is also important to include subject matter experts - people who have in-depth knowledge about certain aspects reflected in the plan.
