Description

As part of our work with the Strategic data uploads we need to coordinate with the Wikimedia affiliate(s) that have the best knowledge about the unique context and identify ways to work together. It is important that this happens before each upload.

@John_Cummings is responsible for coordinating this communication work, and is supported by Alicia and Sebastian (based on who is working on the specific dataset).

A subtask can be added here for each of the contacts that are about to be initiated.

Outcomes we want

Community involvement in upload, community are happy with the result
A good quality case study and communication around the result
Outline potential follow on activities

To clarify:

What this task is aiming for is that we have a positive and inclusive discussion with a local community before we start an upload of a dataset we already have. The local teams need to know what we are planing and be able to influence the work and provide us with insights.

This task is not focusing on taking contacts to identify new datasets. That will be relevant to do later on during the project, but not right now.
