Open https://en.m.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?search=&title=Special%3ASearch&profile=advanced in responsive design mode (360x800px)

What happens?:
The box "Search in namespaces" is wider than the viewport and causes a horizontal scrollbar to appear.

What should have happened instead?:
No scrollbar or scrollbar only for the box "Search in namespaces".

A few notes from discussion with @Jdrewniak:

we could use fixed table layout: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/table-layout
the same page can be viewed in the vector skin: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?search=&title=Special%3ASearch&profile=advanced&useskinversion=2&useskin=vector
any change needs to work in both vector and minerva
we could convert from a table layout to something else, maybe CSS columns: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/columns

Advanced-Search currently doesn't target the MobileFrontend a.k.a. MinervaNeue. What I can see in the screenshot is the core experience. I might be wrong. If this is meant to be about Advanced-Search a separate ticket can help making it easier to track this.
