ArticleCreationWorkflow isn't useful without disabling account creation from some groups, which is very likely to be declined per https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Limits_to_configuration_changes#Changes_that_need_to_meet_specific_criteria. How did you come up with the list of extensions to enable? What problems are you trying to solve?

@Majavah I do not understand what your main objection is! There is no consistency between the complaint you made and the reference link you provided! It looked so weird to me!

@Hirok_Raja: The question is what exactly the Bengali Wikibooks community thinks that they will achieve by having ArticleCreationWorkflow deployed.
Looking at https://noc.wikimedia.org/conf/InitialiseSettings.php.txt , it is only enabled on testwiki, test2wiki, and enwiki (since T192455).
