Request Title: MediaWiki REST API (Search API) should resolve redirects

Request Description: The API https://en.wikipedia.org/w/rest.php/v1/search/title?q=Tale%20of%20two%20cities&limit=10 returns redirect titles rather than resolving them. This currently impacts the end readers' experience by requiring them to navigate to redirect pages rather than being directed to the intended page (see T296671 for example)
