Namespace "module" name in Sicilian

Description

Hello, on Sicilian language there's a namespace name that must be changed. Ns 828 now it's written in italian ("Modulo"). The name in Sicilian is "Mòdulu".

Looks like it was falling back to Italian because there was no Sicilian translation set. I've added it on translatewiki.net: https://translatewiki.net/w/i.php?diff=10441954

It'll have to be updated in rELUA Scribunto.namespaces.php too. @XANA000, what's the appropriate translation for "Module talk"?

Should the old namespace name be aliased to the new one, to prevent broken links?

Yup. Sorry, thought that all languages get namespace aliases of their respective fallback languages, turns out they do not.
(as an example, https://ab.wikipedia.org/wiki/Модуль:String does not work even though Russian is the fallback language for Abkhaz)

AntiCompositeNumber edited projects, added MW-1.38-notes (1.38.0-wmf.16; 2022-01-03); removed Patch-For-Review, MW-1.38-notes (1.38.0-wmf.17; 2022-01-10).

Aliases backported to wmf.16, both should be deployed when the train rolls forward.
