On the Meta: page it says "It can be used in conjunction with the AddMe gadget and Form Wizard gadget, or on its own." But I'm not sure, what the functionality downsides are when used without these gadgets. - Also: Isn't anything with gadgets out anyways due to nojs users?

Ok this does not seem to make sense without JS anyways. Soooo is it relevant?
