What happens?:
Icon is misaligned for add image and add link task types.
What should have happened instead?:
Icon should align with the header.

Only an issue with structured tasks
This regressed from the fix for T295723: Suggested edits module task type info icon should not be orphaned, which changed the margin for all icons in the task explanation widget instead of just the info icon.
