Citoid should detect web.archive.org links as archive links and generate the correct citation data based on the archive URL.

When using Citoid within VisualEditor on the English Wikipedia, if I paste a web.archive.org url, the tool automatically fills out the citation template with web.archive.org as the website and url-status as live. It also fills out the source date as the archive date. This requires me to manually edit the citation to fix it so that it includes both the dead original url and the archive.org url. I want Citoid to automatically fill in the reference with the correct |date, |url, |archive-url and |website parameters.

Benefits (why should this be implemented?):
Allow easier insertion of archive URLs as Wikimedia citations and save time spent on reformatting the citations correctly.
