Plese deploy Commons deletion notification bot on zhwiki. The discussion was here:

Event Timeline

Can do! @Shizhao we do not have a language file for zh, only zh-hans and zh-hant. Which should we use? I am guessing the former since you contributed to it.

You also have the option to be notified about normal deletion discussions, speedy deletions, and files missing permission. The default is discussions/speedy. Let us know if you want to change this.

Finally, while we have an account on zhwiki, it is not flagged as a bot. This isn't usually necessary unless there are conflicting AbuseFilters, or you would prefer the edits be marked as bot edits (so that you can hide them from Special:RecentChanges, etc.). It's up to you on whether you'd like to give the account the bot flag.

Hi @MusikAnimal, our community is still discussing which language version of the notification message to use, although it may take some time before a consensus is reached. In addition to this, one user @YFdyh000 suggested that the bot could use a local custom template (to be expanded when the message is actually left on talkpage), so that the community can quickly update it, and the language converter could be added. One additional question is if the user could be notified when a message is left if the bot has bot flag.

Using a template is a good idea! I don't think that would be terribly difficult to implement, and there's a clear use-case for it. I have filed T306219. It does require some engineering tough, and especially with our lack of Python expertise, I can't promise we'd be able to deliver on that feature in a timely manner. For now if you are able to chose a language variant, we should try that first.

As for the second question: do you mean notifying the user who uploaded the image, or the user who added it to the article? The second part is especially difficult and would be out of scope, I think. Notifying the uploader would be much easier (assuming the uploader has a local account on the wiki). However, adding new features to this bot is admittedly low-priority for our team right now, but I'm happy to file a ticket for it nonetheless :)

For the second question: what I actually want to say is that "will user receive notification (provided by Echo extension) when a message left by a bot with bot flag applied". Sorry for the confusion here. Well, yes, it is enough to left message for user who upload the file.
