Looking to add enterprise.wikimedia.com to global allow list so it does not receive rel="nofollow" attribs on its links in wikis.
I believe that's in this array https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/source/mediawiki-config/browse/master/wmf-config/InitialiseSettings.php$8448 but not familiar w/ codebase enough to know if that's the single control point for that.

Parsoid doesn't add any nofollows (see T186241) so I'm assuming that this should be targeted at MediaWiki-Parser, if anything.
