Background

As Wikimedia Design System we have to make sure, that Codex tokens are backwards-compatible with WikimediaUI Base.

There's not much more to say, while I spearheaded together with the other designers support the completeness of the tokens integrating all WikimediaUI Base values, @Catrope was adding technical measurements to make them clearly visible on docs site and separate them into a different file. Hence assigning to him and closing out this task.
