Description

In T304695: Investigate duplicate IPInfo log entries [8H], we added some logging to investigate the cause of the duplicate log entries.

This creates logspam, but the amount is limited while IPInfo is only deployed on testwiki.

Removing this is a blocker to deploying to more production sites.
