Open https://www.google.com/search?q=%E6%9F%A5%E7%90%86%C2%B7%E8%8A%92%E6%A0%BC+Wikipedia

What happens?:

Notice that the first search result is https://zh.m.wikipedia.org/zh/%E6%9F%A5%E7%90%86%C2%B7%E8%8A%92%E6%A0%BC

What should have happened instead?:

It should never index mobile sites.

Currently I only notice it with zh.wiki.

Maybe it's related to the change of google's indexing strategy?

This seems getting worse and started to affect other wikis, like Japanese Wikipedia:
