Go to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_Hyacinth with the new skin
Click on the new language selector button.

What happens?:

It suggests translating to English in an English article:

The link is also broken, it goes to https://فارسی.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:ContentTranslation?from=en&to=%D9%81%D8%A7%D8%B1%D8%B3%DB%8C&page=Operation+Hyacinth

What should have happened instead?:
No English, the link should be to fa

It seems modules/entrypoints/ext.cx.entrypoints.uls.relevantlanguages/CxUlsEntrypoint.vue is badly broken. Passes language name (autonym) to siteMapper.getCXUrl instead of language code
