Clicking "iThenticate report" on any CopyPatrol entry leads to a 502 Bad Gateway error, as does https://eranbot.toolforge.org/. The CopyPatrol reports still seem to be coming in, but we can't access the iThenticate comparison tool. Thanks!

The eranbot webservice has not been migrated to Strech or moved to Kubernetes (T306888). I tried to do this just now but am not having luck.
@eranroz Is this webservice used by anything other than CopyPatrol? If not, we might as well implement this in CopyPatrol itself.
@DanCherek @Diannaa In the meantime, you can use the "Compare" feature to view what content was matched. Does this not suffice?

@MusikAnimal The "Compare" feature and Earwig's tool (https://copyvios.toolforge.org/) cannot see behind paywalls. If the user has copied from a journal article or a website that's behind a paywall, we can't see the overlap or assess the case without the iThenticate report.

Ah, I see! We will definitely get it fixed, then. I'll try again to get the webservice working on Stretch but if all else fails I'll port the code to CopyPatrol, which is where it most likely belongs anyway.

I've managed to build this into CopyPatrol and will have this working soon. Since it took a little time I'm going to move into CommTech's sprint.

Hello, we are once again unable to view iThenticate reports. We receive an error message "A website error has occurred. The website administrator has been notified of the issue. Sorry for the temporary inconvenience." Clicking on https://copypatrol.toolforge.org/ithenticate returns an error "404 page not found". Thanks.
