Somebody changed the program to add content to Geselshoekie, left it all in English and removed all our add-ons such as ~~~~. Please roll it back to the way it was. It was perfect. ~~~~

I think you're talking about this page (https://af.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Geselshoekie) right @Oesjaar? I can't see any big changes, perhaps a screenshot would help?
Or are you referring to what happens when you click "Nuwe onderwerp"?
Hi @Oesjaar, thanks for taking the time to report this and welcome to Wikimedia Phabricator!
If you have time and can still reproduce the situation: Please add a more complete description to this task. That should be
- a clear and complete list of exact steps to reproduce the situation, step by step, so that nobody needs to guess or interpret how you performed each step,
- what happens after performing these steps to reproduce,
- what you expected to happen instead,
- a full link to a web address where the issue can be seen.
You can edit the task description by clicking . Ideally, a good description should allow any other person to follow these steps (without having to interpret steps) and see the same results. Problems that others can reproduce can get fixed faster. Thanks again!
See bottem part. All English.

Hi, please avoid full-quoting everything, as it's hard to read things in https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T311077 in a browser (broken quotation - who wrote what?).
In case that you attached images in https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/F35260752 and https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/F35260750, then currently nobody else can see these images, as only you have permissions to see them...
Please also see everything written in my previous comment, otherwise it is not possible to understand what this is about. :-/
I am battling with Phabricator. My first time. Yes, it occurs when we go Nuwe Onderwerp.

Hi, please read and follow T311077#8017452 - thanks. Or maybe post this on https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Tech instead as it is still unclear what the problem is, and as there are currently zero steps to reproduce something. Please provide a list of steps to reproduce something, what you expected, and what happens instead. All in separate sections. Thanks.
Please reverse the process that is causing the problem. How can I tell you what to do if I do not know what caused the problem in the first place. I am an editor, not an engineer. Besides I battle to understand all the tick boxes and stuff.
How can it be unclear what the problem is? Yesterday our Geselshoekie function perfectly in Afrikaans, today it is different and in English. Reverse what was done yesterday.

I'm unfortunately closing this ticket. Despite several requests, still no steps to reproduce some problem were given and still no description of some problem was provided, plus requests to please NOT full-quote were ignored.
How can it be unclear what the problem is?
Because a problem or situation that you see or experience is not always a problem or situation that someone else can also see or experience...
https://af.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Geselshoekie is not in English here:
Please bring this up on https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Tech instead, and actually explain what the problem is. Thanks a lot for your understanding!
@Oesjaar If you're talking about the interface shown in this screenshot: T311077#8017439 – this is the "New topic tool". (It makes it much easier to understand bug reports if you include a screenshot, please always do it in the future.)
Note that you do not need to sign comments with ~~~~ when using the new topic tool, as they are signed automatically.
It has been enabled on Afrikaans Wikipedia on 7 June (2 weeks ago) per T309368. There were no configuration changes made yesterday.
- If you'd like to translate it, you can do so here: https://translatewiki.net/wiki/Special:Translate?action=translate&group=ext-discussiontools-user&language=af&filter=%21translated
- If you'd like to disable it just for yourself, you can do so here: https://af.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Preferences#mw-prefsection-editing-discussion
- If you'd like it to be disabled for everyone on Afrikaans Wikipedia, please hold a discussion about it on the project, then follow this guide: https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Requesting_wiki_configuration_changes#How_to_request_a_change
Feel free to ask if you have other questions. (I'm one of the developers who worked on this tool.)
I will just keep on reporting it until it is fixed.

This new whatever it is called is in English. We are the Afrikaans Wikipedia, two languages a world apart. We had ZERO problems before on Geselshoekie. Now it in English, not in Afrikaans.

@Oesjaar: Please do not deliberately create duplicates: They waste both your and our time. Furthermore, I'm asking for a third time to please strip full quotes when replying here via email, as it makes things hard to read. Also, I wrote "Please bring this up on https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Tech instead", as Wikimedia Phabricator is not a support forum but an issue tracker for bugs in software. Thanks a lot for your understanding and for keeping this constructive.
I do not understand this e-mail. Nothing changed, the problem is still the same.

This does not make sense at all. Somebody from Phabricator change sometihing without the Afrikaans Wikipedia’s consent, we ask to undo the change and you want us to give commentary?
As I said previously, I we do not get joy, we will report the situation again, and again until somebody does something.

@Oesjaar: I will summarize one last time: Please either be specific, ask specific questions, mention what exactly is unclear, please keep conversations readable, remove unneeded full quotes of previous messages. Or please spend your time somewhere else.
Please see T311077#8018105, please carefully read all previous requests in this very ticket and do not ignore them. @Oesjaar: Your last comment is unacceptable. Either read and follow https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Code_of_Conduct and https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Bug_management/Phabricator_etiquette , or get your account disabled.
@Oesjaar: Nobody ever questioned that you see the New Topic Tool and that it is not yet fully translated to Afrikaans. You were told how to disable that tool, how to translate it to Afrikaans, etc in T311077#8018105 . But you seem to repeatedly ignore any help and explanations. This is not a good use of anybody's time.
Here is some feedback re the Code of Conduct: Earlier this year an editor using an IP address called me a Motherfucker on the Afrikaans Wikipedia after I removed his obvious marketing material. I reported this to the powers up there just to be told other than blocking his IP address there is nothing they can actully do.
My experience thus far with Phabricator is that they are totally out of touch with us volunteers that create the content for Wikipedia. That is the stuff that the peole actually read, in the Afrikaans Wikipedia it is 11 million page views a month! Not bad for a small language Wikipedia.
If you want to remove to me make you feel happy and important then do so. There are other avenues to pursue.
Adios!
Oesjaar.

Whataboutism, vague anecdotes unrelated to the Code of Conduct for technical (!) spaces, and continously ignoring the help offered don't lead anywhere, indeed.
