What happens?:
Two options are shown: main namespace and personal draft.

What should have happened instead?:
Three options are supposed to be shown: main namespace, personal draft, and community draft.

The same happens in the English Wikipedia, too.

Three options are supposed to be shown in all Wikipedias that have a draft namespace. "Draft" is usually, but not necessarily, namespace number 118. Its name is "Draft" in English, but it may be different in other languages.
