Description

Background

In T280526: Deploy new language switching functionality to logged-in users , we enabled the language switching button for logged-in users only. This means it does not appear when using the url parameter for the skin (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mount_Melbourne?useskin=vector-2022)

Acceptance Criteria

  • Enable language switching button for logged-out users so that it can be accessed using the url parameter
