User Story

The Community Safety survey (Wave 2: June-July 2022) has reached the number of needed responses on each wiki and is ready to undeploy. The survey should be removed from displaying on enwiki, eswiki, fawiki, frwiki, and ptwiki.

After the Safety Survey was Undeployed from Production, I verified the survey was not displaying on the Production sites for English, Persian, Portuguese, French and Spanish wikis.
