Move github.com/samuelguebo/tsbot-nda to Wikimedia code hosting

Description

I'd highly welcome if WMF tools like https://github.com/samuelguebo/tsbot-nda which seem to be used in production were not hosted in a personal repo on some third-party hosting service, but in Wikimedia hosted services (GitLab or Gerrit) for the sake of code discoverability (not knowing where code is is not good) and for easier shared maintenance (bus factor when it comes to reviews).
Could you please consider? Thanks.

@Aklapper, sure thing. It used to be a private repo which I was the sole maintainer when I was still in Trust-and-Safety. Moving it to GitLab makes sense but I am not sure which project would be suited for it. I don't currently see anything related to Trust & Safety. Any suggestion?

The repository was imported to Wikimedia's Gitlab instance: https://gitlab.wikimedia.org/repos/security/tsbot-nda
