UX labelling for "testers" is inconsistent

Description

Tester is variably referred to as ‘test’, ‘tester’, and ‘test cases’ depending on the page, not sure if it’s intended behavior. Examples below,

I would suggest to just use "test", or "tests" when the plural form is required.
