Prior moving extensions to using HookHandlers, when $wgSpecialVersionShowHooks = true you get a table of all registered hooks.

When you move them to HookHandlers, you don't.

It would be possible to work out that it's the function on the interface on the end of the specified class... Which would probably require reflection to get this done...

Maybe we should just deprecate (and remove?) this functionality?
